Amigão, vá nesse diretório: \gameserver\config\head\other.properties

 

Depois vá nessa linha:

# Declare the location of Mammon NPCs to players during the ratification of the press.

AnnounceMammonSpawn = False

 

Onde está FALSE modifique para TRUE.
