Debufs em Cost


Question

todos os debufs enchantado em cost estão com mais chance do que quando enchantado em Chance.

Alguem pode me ajudar a como diminuir a chance dos debufs em cost ?

Exemplo:  Curse Fear

basta voce edita as skill com todos os level pos quando se enchat as skill os level sobe basta edita

todas

fear level 1

fear level 2

etc ..
