Resolvido... Foram as atualizações automáticas do windows --' Só não sei qual mas tirei as ultimas que eu tinha instalado e funcionou

Pessoal estou testando meu servidor de l2 que eu peguei aqui, uma versão gracia final e esta dando o seguinte erro.
