It has come to our attention that you are operating websites under the

domain names l2dellirio.com (200.98.199.199 - Universo Online S.A).

We are writing to demand an immediate halt to certain ongoing illegal activity.

 

Your activities violate various federal and state laws, including

without limitation trademark and trade dress infringement and false

designation of origin under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. ?? 1051, et seq.,

and trademark dilution under the Federal Trademark Dilution Act of

1995, 15 U.S.C. ?? 1125©.

 

By this letter, NCSOFT demands that you and any of your affiliates,

officers, employees, agents, or other persons or entities acting in

concert with you or at your direction, immediately cease and desist

from the activities described above in connection with your website or

other products or services. Without limiting the foregoing, we hereby

demand that you remove the site l2dellirio.com from the internet, cease

using the name LineageII and relinquish and transfer

the l2dellirio.com domains to NCSOFT.

 

Your activities are causing and will continue to cause NCSOFT

substantial and irreparable harm. You will be liable for the damages

suffered by NCSOFT, and will be subject to penalties, fines and even

criminal imprisonment.

 

This letter is not a complete recitation of all the claims, issues or

facts related to this matter. This letter should not be construed as a

waiver of any rights by NCSOFT, including, without limitation, the

right to seek monetary damages, equitable relief, and attorneys fees,

all of which are expressly reserved.

 

Please be aware, if the desist is not completed within 72 hours, you

will be fined $50,000 USD.

 

If you continue to run and operate this illegal operation, further

action will be taken. Including but not limited to, up to 5 years in a

federal prison, and up to a $250,000 USD fine.

MAs pode ser sacanagem de algum engraçadinho... te zuando...

 

geralmente quando algum site viola os direitos autorais de alguma marca eles falam primeiro com o responsável pela hospedagem... ai então eles falam com vc e suspendem seu site até que vc arrume as irregularidades.

 

Mas eles geralmente vão atrás de servidores grandes... esse seu nao me parece grandes coisas(sem querer ofender)

 

ligue para a uol e veja a veracidade disso.

se for recomendo mudar de domínio e esquercer esse.

o servidor n eh grande mesmo faz 1 mês só que esta online... média de 60, 70 players online só

 

é foda

 

eu ja havia tido o dominio suspenso uma vez (host da uol) por ter hospedado o cliente gracia final para download, dai suspenderam o dominio falando q eu n tinha os direitos autorais do mesmo para postar ele para download publico

 

mas ai meti uma trova neles la acabaram deletando o arquivo e o dominio voltou a ativa

mas n pensei q eles continuariam perseguindo

 

será que se eu trocar de host e dominio resolve???

Realmente Grundor tem razao, no meu site todas as Imagens do l2 eu deixei escrito que sao direitos reservado da NCSoft,JA VI UM AMIGO RECEBER ALGO PARECIDO como essa mensagem sua por ter colocado Site no UOL e em cima da pagina tinha a foto do frintezza e escrito direitos reservados nomedoserver e o site fico suspenso uns 3 dias :D

 

ate ele corrigir
