Como eu faço para colocar uma delay de 5 minutos do chat Hero?

 

Eu coloquei 3000 porém ngm conseguiu falar no chat

10 = 1 segundo

 

3000 = 300 segundos

 

se colocar 3000 vai ser os 5 minutos que quer.
