Em altsettings uma configuração que recebe um número você configurou com boolean ( true ou false ) procure aí qual config está errada.

Revise as configurações do arquivo localizado em gameserver/config/head/altsettings.properties <<--------

Obrigado Galera, o ERRO foi no Lottery Config, eu coloquei "False" para desativar por isso deu erro, agora coloquei 0 para desativar e funfo novamente o Game Server :bom: !
