Quantidade de PvP e PK pra poder falar no chat GLOBAL NÃO FUNCIONA COLOQUEI "TRUE" MAIS NÃO FUNCIONA

A Restrição de Chat por PvP's da L2jFrozen só funciona sob as seguintes condições:

 

- Chat Global deve estar setado como "GLOBAL";

- Chat Trade deve estar setado como "ON".
