Alguém, sabe onde Meche nas Configs, para Upar Apartir do level 1

como asim ? upar a partir do level 1 todo mundo upa.ou por quests ou por mobs,isto voce decide,em todas revisoes limpas voce começa no lv 1 para upar a partir dele,ou seja se voce esta nascendo em outro level basta alterar nas configs do servidor para nascer no level desejado.

Esse pre configurado que nasce lv20 em giram é isso mesmo, sem choro!

Quer nascer lv1 escolha uma rev. limpa e monte tudo do começo outra vez.
