bom eu não sei se eu estou botando ip errado

eu fiz deste jeito quando eu boto tudo meu ip da maquina eu entro normal quando eu coloco ip fixo o player de fora entra mas eu não consigo conenctar dai eu ja botei deste jeito mesmo assim acabando so entrando eu de fora não entra sera que eu estou fazendo errado? alguem ajuda=)
