We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Game Masters. As a Game Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all players on our server.

Responsibilities:

• Player Support:

  • Respond to player inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Provide guidance and assistance to players on game mechanics, quests, and other game-related topics.

  • Monitor player behavior and enforce server rules.

• Server Management:

  • Assist with server maintenance and updates.

  • Monitor server stability and performance.

  • Identify and address potential issues.

• Community Building:

  • Engage with the player community and foster a positive and welcoming environment.

  • Organize and participate in in-game events and activities.

• Content Creation:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of new game content.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Lineage 2: Deep understanding of game mechanics, lore, and history.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with players, both in-game and out-of-game.

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

• Strong work ethic and dedication: Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passion for Lineage 2 and a desire to contribute to a thriving community.
