Galera meu server interlud nao sei o que faser para deixar ele ON

jah instalei o NO-IP fis do jeito que ta no Forum mais o server nao fica Online

Se alguem poder me ajuda Fico Agradecido

Bom Aqui esta o que eu uso, e funciona normalmente, tanto internamenta quanto externamente, lembre-se de substituir pelo seu endereço.
