(Resolvido) JVM_BIND

Olá galera, estou com um pequeno problema no VPS de um amigo, está dando erro no JVM_BIND ,

Alguém poderia me explicar como resolvê-lo ?

Já reinstalei o JAVA , mais não adianta .

Já seguir o tutorial do Wallace e nada também!
