Caso o do amigo não de certo apenas diminua os numeros abaixo... na XML da skill do id 101.

 

Ex : 344 < poem 100 e assim por diante até que fique a seu gosto a chance dela.

Apenas abaixe o número, como o stun também ranca damage o power seria esse damage!

Diminuindo o power diminuira o dano do stun e não a chance, então seria effectpower!
