After nearly 1 year since we last run it, High Five is finally making a comeback !

What's new in a nutshell?
* Reworked geoengine / geodata.
* Added Counter Strike mini event.
* Added King's Landing mission.
* Added rebirth system - in H5 this is the only way to get Expert Skills.
* Purchasing higher tier gear now requires previous tier first, for example to buy Vorpal you must buy Vesper, this will ensure people don't skip to top S84/Boss items directly, prices are reduced accordingly.
* Tournaments system will now run every Tuesday (in addition to Saturdays).
* Changed Zaken to take place in Pilgrim's Temple (bigger place).
* Reduced all grand boss respawn times, increased mantra drops and made amount change depending on faction's wins/loses.
