Serve não passa da tela de conexão

Boa noite!

Criei recentemente um serve de L2 pra jogar com meus amigos, mas eles não conseguem logar no serve.

Conseguem criar o ID e a senha, mas não conseguem passar dessa tela:

Alguém sabe me dizer o motivo?

Verifique se tem algum erro no seu loginserver e também verifique o protocolo da system e servidor.

se for tem que editar o ipconfig.xml para conexões externa

Vá até a pasta game\config\ encontre o arquivo de nome default-ipconfig.xml e renomeie ele para ipconfig.xmlVeja o exemplo abaixo de como deve ficar.
