Primero descargar el sourcer del repositorio de L2JFrozen, tener el entorno de desarrollo ya configurado es decir tener los JDK y JRE instalados, tener ya el Eclipse configurado y solo importa el sourcer al eclipse y cominzas a modificar el sourcer a tu gusto siempre y cuando tengas conocimiento de lo que quieres modificar luego compilas y listo
