We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Game Masters. As a Game Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all players on our server.

Responsibilities:

• Player Support:

  • Respond to player inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Provide guidance and assistance to players on game mechanics, quests, and other game-related topics.

  • Monitor player behavior and enforce server rules.

• Server Management:

  • Assist with server maintenance and updates.

  • Monitor server stability and performance.

  • Identify and address potential issues.

• Community Building:

  • Engage with the player community and foster a positive and welcoming environment.

  • Organize and participate in in-game events and activities.

• Content Creation:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of new game content.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Lineage 2: Deep understanding of game mechanics, lore, and history.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with players, both in-game and out-of-game.

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

• Strong work ethic and dedication: Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passion for Lineage 2 and a desire to contribute to a thriving community.

I am in the european community and have great respect for this side as I truely believe you are the ones keeping this game alive.

Realmente hay muchas confusiones con nombres de servidores duplicados o similares, es muy común.

Aunque sea brasileño vivo en europa también desde hace algunos años y sigo el desarrollo europeo muy de cerca en algunas comunidades, que también hacen un gran trabajo.

Agradeciendo tu apreciación por nuestro lado en ese ecosistema, toda contribución y colaboración siempre es bienvenida. 

Quizás por la diferencia de horario América sur/Europa para el servidor te va costar un poco encontrar un gamemaster consistente pero igual que yo seguro que hay más personas que están cerca, si es así que se manifiesten. Aquí la familia no tiene limites de espacio.
