preciso de ajuda com minha oly, ela não começa

mas nos dias em que passei ajeitando o server eu vi oly dando start

agora que abri o server os players estão querendo ir para oly eu tive que para ela para analisar o problema.

 

eu reconfigurei as oly e assim que o server voltou eu me registrei para ver

quando eu me registro aparece a mensagem

you have registred on the waiting list for the class irrelevant individual match

logo após uns 30 segundo depois aparece a seguinte mensagem.

action failed. Heroes are only able to speak in the global channel once every 10 seconds

não entendi nada.

eu andei olhando alguns problemas de oly aqui nas duvidas mas não consegui assimilar uma solução que deve ser obvia.
