Problemas com Server Freya (ping 9999)

Opa boa noite galera vamo ver se vcs podem me dar uma maosinha

fiz aqui um server de L2 versao Freya aki em casa

so que to com um probleminha

o meu amigo que eu pesso pra ele testa nao ta conseguindo entrar e eu sim

o server liga normal deixo mais detalhes abaixo
