Resist estão praticamente 100%

Como faço para diminuir os efeitos daquelas skills, Resist :

 

Holy Resistance

Unholy Resitance

Divine Protection

Arcane Protection

Song of Invocation

Elemental Pretection

 

Por causa, dessas skills os magos estão rancando muito pouco.A em qual linha da xml das skills eu arrumo elas?
