Na verdade como você referiu a equipamentos a config que tem que mudar é essa :

O conteúdo está oculto, favor efetuar login ou se cadastrar!

Do jeito que coloquei acima após 10 minutos os equipamentos dropados vão sumir, com essa config ai em cima igual estava ela só some quando alguém pega.

(Nesta acima coloca os items mais importantes como adena entre outros que cai do Boss e deixa um time específico).
