Passei cerca de 6 horas em um domingo procurando uma system retail que abrisse no highfive sem bugar com o gameguard de alguma forma.

Baixei o cliente HighFive e fiz a system funcionar.

Não tem o que acrescentar, é uma system limpa, patched com ip já apontando para 127.0.0.1.
