You must ask the server admin to implement the API using player_id instead IP 

 

 

Many internet providers doesn't provide same IP for gamming and browsing. Since our vote site is a website it capture only the public IP provided by the ISP, that could be different from the game IP.

Also, some providers or extensions block the scripts of our website, so you will not able to get validated, we have a test page for it.
