Troca de Itens encantados

Alguem me explica como Trocar itens encantados ou então fazer Voltar a 0???

 

 

Eu coloquei assim mas não deu ,diz que não tenho os itens necessarios.

Pois o Problema é que quero trocar exemplo , um set vesper +7 por um set vesper pvp +7 ou +0 e não consigo.
