Your Effect doesn't appear on the character in game, something is wrong in the Patch download, and because it's 2 effects of different colors, it only comes with a line of code and a ukx file?

Effects works well for ppl. Use XML server side from ACTIVE buff and not PASSIVE. Example from Celestial Shield.

Actually, I had to create a very specific buffer XML in order to show the effect.

 

I just don't understand how to make the blue effect appear?

In the code you sent in skillgrp.dat there is only one line, the red effect and not the blue one.

I wrote about this in my first message.
People who asked for vitality had a choice.

1. Do instead of abnormal.
2. Make as a buff with infinite effect.

People chose option 2. So yes, the effect will subside only after the window is reloaded.

nice, but useless, since the buff goes out when you relog and not when the buff ends, I can't imagine any way to use this and make it functional.

another point is that as a buff, you can buff yourself several times and the effect accumulates, until you reach a point where you can't see the character anymore.

I already answered you on another site, but I will post my answer here so that others can see it too.

There was a vote from people who wanted vitality. I offered them to either replace some abnormal with vitality or make vitality as a buff, the majority voted for the buff, as a result of which you can download vitality as a buff.
